Local Delivery and Pick Up Information

Policies 

Reminder: Business Days are Monday though Friday. If you place an order on Friday, it will be available for Pick Up  or sent out for Local Delivery on the next business day, which would be Monday. 

Please note: These shipping options are for Kingston locals. There is a flat shipping rate of $15.00 that you can choose upon a check out if you live outside of Kingston. 

Local Delivery

  • If you live within 10kms of Kingston, we would be able to deliver your order to your house directly. You would need to pick the Local Delivery option for shipping when checking out. 
  • We will deliver after 4pm on the next business day that the order was placed on, to the address provided. 
  • If you choose the Local Delivery option for shipping during check out, but live outside the 10km limit, we will cancel your order and you will have to place a new one and pick the correct shipping. 
  • If you would like your items delivered when you are home, please tell us what time we should come around in the Delivery Instructions when you are checking out. Please be reminded that it will be the next business day.  Otherwise we will deliver it to your front step/mailbox or otherwise designated spot you put in the Delivery Instructions box while checking out. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

Pick Up 

  • If you would like to pick up your order, choose Pick Up for shipping when you are checking out. 
  • We will send you an email when your order is ready. You can pick your order up between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. 
  • You will need to show ID with your name on it when picking up your items, so if someone else is going to be picking up those items, please put the name of whoever is picking up the products when you are placing your order. 
  • We will bring the item out to you when you get here - our shop is not open to walk in. 
  • You will pay when placing the order. 
  • We will hold your order for up to 2 weeks and consider the order abandoned. We will not refund abandoned orders. We will put the items in your order back in our inventory.  We will email to remind you prior to this, to give you time to come collect your order. If you would like it to be shipped out or use local delivery, we can look at it for a case by case basis to charge for shipping or local delivery.
